If you work closely with the leaders, there is really growth. Foreign managers are really caring and appreciative. Your skills will really be developed due to challenges in your job. Nice colleagues, happy environment that you do not feel the pressure of your job. Great people to work with.
Cons
Salary is low because Manila office is still in denial of the true value of the people in the market that's why attrition rate is very high because people leave due to higher offer from outside which is 3x their salary in Arcadis. They promote work life balance but how? Flexible work schedule, work from home, no, they don't have that in Manila. Benefits are just so-so. VL convertible to cash, SL not convertible to cash and if people get sick and use SL, they do not believe.
