Information Driven Performance is hiring practically anyone and everyone that applies. They are paying over what they should for new hires, so ask for more than market if you're interviewing!
Cons
Information Driven Performance is a toxic environment. Most employees don't feel comfortable talking to senior management about issues for fear of retaliation. If you leave the company on good terms, the senior management will do everything they can to tarnish your reputation in the industry. They are going after former employees legally when they can't compete with they lose business to their new employers. They will hold promotions over your head, not pay you more, and hire someone with half the experience for more.
