Pros
Good people who for most part are trying to do the right thing. Pay and benefits ok but not great.
Cons
Serious ethical concerns. US leadership completely self serving and not credible. Big gap between what they say versus what they do. Also, driven by optics and perception not reality or compassion. I left voluntarily because I could not bear this any longer. Sad. With respect to the business performance, Arcadis is reaping what it has sown. Mediocre results at best, certainly not at a level which can afford to invest in its employees and growth.
