      Variety of projects, good CEO

      Cons

      I was bullied and harassed by my manager and the management did nothing about it despite a formal HR grievance. When things go wrong, they have a blame game culture. If you are a new starter, and you raise your voice against management, you will be isolated, humiliated and eventually be terminated and it's that easy. This may not happen to everybody but one example is bad enough to ruin everything. Or maybe not!

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
