Work life balance is a challenge, salaried personnel work unmanageable hours to help keep FTEs down. With the shift to remote and unreasonable work/hours, mental health is a serious problem and nothing is being done to address this. Equality is a major issue in Europe, recruitment is completely bypassed for leadership roles and instead non-diverse workers with longevity are handed new jobs. Too much constant change, no stability.
