Pros
Very good and smart people, very technically-competent; flexible work hours, decent compensation. People are committed to doing the right thing.
Cons
Management vacated their role about 3 yrs ago when they started to shop the company around, and left the company adrift. Spent all their time "detailing" the company to get a better asking price, sacrificing some of the best features of a good workplace. Pirnie continues to tread water with old clients, but no real "strategic direction" or real new clients since merger, no commitments to marketing. Lost number of good clients (and staff) due to COI with Arcadis.
