Pros
Rich history of solving complex environmental problems. Very well respected in the industry. Treats its employees like superstars...it has historically been an excellent place to work. Blessed with extremely talented people at all levels. The people are also decent human beings.
Cons
Has lost its way over the past few years. Recently acquired by much larger international company. Employees have fears that they'll be booted at any time. Leadership and strategic direction seems difficult to align oneself with because of information void. Has potential to be a great firm. Biggest question is will this ever be achieved!!
