Pros
Plenty of training and development opportunities for young professionals including RICS/CIOB/APM training and sponsorship. There are also a number of internal development initiatives aimed at career development within the business. Opportunity to work with big clients and commissions very early in your career and support for ensuring you are developing all areas professionally.
Cons
It is a large organisation and it can become easy to fall through the cracks if you are not driving your own career actively. The merger has also not fully taken hold yet meaning there is some fragmentation between legacy companies. Also pay is not that competitive but it is made up through training and other opportunities which the company will sponsor.
