      IBI lifers - some are still here trying to keep it together

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. Nothing is better since the acquisition. ERP = Oracle disaster IT = they have NO PROCESS for ordering a MAC and people have been waiting over 6 months for a new machine Sales = took the 'seller / doer' model and tried to drop in sales people who are clueless. FAIL Pay = 3.5% MAX increase per year. regardless of whether your biz unit did better than everyone else. etc. etc. etc.

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
