We have a thorough performance review process that involves gathering feedback from multiple sources, including clients, peers, and colleagues, to ensure fairness and accuracy. Fabricated or biased performance reviews are not possible under our comprehensive evaluation system.
We would also like to emphasize that we have a strong commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment. We embrace and encourage diversity in all its forms, including ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, age, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, religion, socio-economic status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or prejudice of any kind. Our employees and leaders are expected to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. Personal characteristics, such as LGBTQ identification, have never been a basis for employee termination. We actively promote open dialogue, cultural awareness, and the appreciation of diverse perspectives throughout our organization.
So while we appreciate receiving feedback, we suspect that this review may be fake due to the discrepancies in the information provided and the fact that there has been no termination of a senior QA in the last few months, as this review seems to indicate. We do not welcome defamatory or misleading statements that can harm our reputation.
