Pros
Pay and benefits were good until 2015 when they drastically changed for the worse. Bonuses are not based on merit and are NO WHERE NEAR the percentage quoted.
Cons
Very little opportunity to advance Open positions are not posted and given to those in the know (not based on qualifications) Management is unqualified - very poor management decisions HR does not support employees and very unprofessional
