Pros
- Very safety oriented company - Lots of potential to personally grow (even at your own pace). Encouragement is there! - Plenty of opportunities for advancement - They will pay for education/training to further yourself if you ask for it. - Pension and Bonus are great. - Friendly, fun people, mature, serious about success and have a feeling of proudness to work here all around. - Ability to rotate jobs you are qualified in. - Willing to work out holiday schedules fairly. - Continental 12 hrs shifts which can be good or bad depending on your work preference. - Lots of projects to be apart of and will listen to your thoughts/needs to improve the company. - Quick turnaround on improving/fixing issues on the line. - Opportunities for overtime - Rewards program
Cons
- Health benefits have been cut back and are barely qualify for any kind of coverage. Recommend upping the plan or create a few different ones which pertain to the majority of people's illnesses of physical needs...especially for certain jobs out in the plant which need benefits more than others. - Cut back on holiday hours max 250 now. - No benefits after retirement now....would like to have something in place
