Pros
Large international company with scope to develop oneself further. Company that allows you to push as a team and grow together Company where I learnt many different jobs eg. import freight and export freight forwarding, vessel loading co ordination etc.
Cons
Company was very dependent on external costs like electricity and raw material cost that unreasonably constrained our profits in a difficult competitive market environment.
