Pros
Competitive compensation if you can negotiate it, some decent people in the management, Not very high pressure most of the time other than for people who are in charge of businesses that are preforming badly.
Cons
Steel business industry outlook is very gllomy which will mean ArcelorMittal will continue to struggle; Lack of clear HR policies, HR function is very poor; Wide differences in compensation for the same position depending on your nationality and negotiating skills; Culture is not open to dissent, especially at the top; very few high quality managers in the top; growth depends on having the right connections than performance.
