Hi there, This is T from the leadership team replying. Thank you for your honest, detailed feedback. I fully agree with you that there's more to be done. We have had an accelerated pace to deliver innovative solutions while growing internationally. Getting to a more steady pace has been on the leadership agenda. It's one of those activities that require lots of work in the background and sufficient time before results can be seen. In the mean time, we will keep finding ways to look after our team better. We will discuss smarter ways of working during the upcoming company retreat, re-launch our anonymous surveys, and explore how our existing HR checkins, lesson learnt sessions and other syncs can help the team speak up and address similar concerns earlier. Please do utilise our HR team and management team who are very much here to also advocate on your behalf to leadership and ensure that our current and future initiatives work for everyone.
