Pros
Small Class sizes, laid back environment, a lot of freedom to teach what you want to teach. Having summer off is a great deal.
Cons
Short lunch breaks, some of the teachers are "cliquey", some disagreement between the administration and the teachers and teachers end up having to pick sides.
