Coworkers, teamwork, work together without a lot of direct oversight, manager is not a visible player.
Cons
Seems only feedback is often negative. Staff morale is beaten down. Key strong nurses have left and upper management is not doing enough to keep these people here. Rumors are rampanted that upper management "had a hand" in the older season nurses leaving.
