Too many. Undervalued, underpaid for the work you do. Line chef's get 12.30/ hr. Supervisor's get 12.80/ hr which is ridiculous as both of the roles have 95% similarity in their work. Also the work you are asked to do is worth getting 15-18/ hr easily.
