Working with my co-workers was a highlight despite management challenges. They were supportive, motivated, and a pleasure to collaborate with.

Upper management seems to be oblivious to the struggles of their staff. They sit on their high horse and issue unrealistic demands, without any understanding of the work that goes into meeting those demands. When writers try to speak up about their concerns, they are often dismissed or labeled as complainers. I have even seen writers get backstabbed by their own colleagues for trying to improve working conditions for everyone. It's a shame that they have such a toxic work environment. The company has a lot of potential, but it's being squandered by upper management's incompetence and disregard for its employees.
