Pros
Had good parental leave for adoption or childbirth for both primary and secondary parents. Some good people in middle management. Learned a lot on the job.
Cons
Horrible upper management, especially in Philadelphia branch. Bad leaderships skills. No overtime pay, but they demanded you work at least 5 hours of overtime a week. No career growth opportunities. Poorly managed business finances that trickled down to employee level. Not paid nearly enough or given enough benefits to compensate for treatment. High turn-over rate.
