Pros
Achieving above and beyond a company of 40+ people can do. Repeatedly in competitions against firms with greater numbers - yet still win and delivers on the project. Young graduates are given opportunities though they seem to take up half of the company. Good culture. Work hard play hard. Lots to learn.
Cons
Sometimes it is difficult to work through and with management. All designs go through one man. Lack of opportunity to influence if you're not in the inner circle.
