Pros
Combination of stability (65+ year history) with rapid growth. Since the split from Exterran they have gotten down to a small company feel with large company perks.
Cons
Compressors don't take weekends or holidays off, so true clock in at 8 o'clock out at 5 positions are rare if that's what you're looking for.
