      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits and 401k, not treated quite as much as a number as most places I have worked. It had a really good team environment and actively took steps to appreciate the shop employees.

      Cons

      The shop can be unbearably hot in the summer, and some of the politics can get ugly at times. The work was repeditive with not much change in the day to day stuff.
