Pros
Benefits and flexibility if you have the right manager and are not in a high growth area with a new manager. FST pay is good and company is trying to use technology more in a better way. Support staff are not a focus and paid low.
Cons
The fear of getting fired for small mistakes; values like safety and respect are words only (rules vary depending on who you know- favoritism); a lot of do as i said not as I did by management
