Bad work environment - Anonymous employee Archway Marketing Employee Review

Poor executive management, company fails to recognize that they need to improve employee moral by being competitive with wages and increases. They have a great work force but the turnover is very high because they can go down the street for $5 - $8 more an hour. Support staff is over worked and given tasks that are unobtainable without consulting the individuals who actually work in that environment. With out the support operations staff, no one else would have jobs but we are treated unfairly. New emloyee's do your research. This company is a sinking ship. There are better paying jobs out there that want and strive to retain their employees. This company lacks integrity, values, respect and loyalty to the core of the business - their employees.
