      it's not too big, so you can also join the production line so you can learn a lot things. The people in this company are very nice and they always share a lot knowledge with u.

      Small company if that's what you are looking for

      Cons

      Additional rolls to your employment you will not be compensated for. Getting promises in writing from management doesn't mean much.
