Pros
Work life balance and work from home options. Some training opportunities exist for entry and mid level employees. Twentieth word.
Cons
A good old boys club that fails to recognize real issues with the office. Retention of newer employees is terrible because there is no motivation to move upward. The newer managers that they have hired recently place processes over people and most of the mid-level managers talk at you and not with you. The only revolving door the company offers is one for its HR staff.
