      Pros

      Playing in strong, growing markets. New CEO is sharp and focused on the right things, just has a lot of work ahead of him.

      Cons

      Demonstrates it does not value employees with mediocre benefits, no maternity / paternity leave (really? it's 2018). Instability from unhappy investors, buy-out rumors, leadership changes.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Cons

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
