      Pros

      Friendly people, wonderful benefits (401k, vacation, sick time, health coverage, etc.), big offices for all employees, autonomy. They also (used to) pay 100% of tuition with a 2 year agreement.

      Cons

      Lack of job stability, moral has gone down.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Cons

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
