They walk you out over he said / she said issues without hesitation nor any investigation to validate or eliminate ROOT problems Module leaders and supervisors DO NOT LAST- 2 to 3 months MAX for New hire module leaders - and 3 to 6 months MAX on New hire supervision The turnover is identical for these 2 LEADERSHIP POSITIONS on internally promoted employees... They just do not keep middle mgmt employees more than 6 months period - and i have a full 40 years into this company. Seen and done it all here, in my 40 years.. With exception to seeing a supervisor or mod leader last more than 6 months. Dishonest upper mgmt ZERO loyalty to tenured, experienced and valued production employees.
