      High pay rate and ok medical

      Cons

      Heavy work load and no work life balance. If some one call in on the shift after your shift you are forced to work it . so 16hr shift and only 8hr to return for your next shift . good luck sleeping and eating .

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
