      This place is the definition of drama filled and unorganized. Everyone feels entitled so they dont do anything. The Union makes it worse. They're suppose to be for the people but they bend over backwards for the company instead of us.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
