Pros
Pay is good. There is hardly any work so you can relax as long as you kiss ass of your manager well.
Cons
Full of lies during hiring. The HR and consultant will lie so much that this is a challenging place to work, career growth is great etc. Truth is there is very little work, so the managers will ignore your work if you finish it too soon. Instead they will ask you to write up a document before starting the work, and throw it back at you again and again for spell checks missing, bold-italic-font size not good, etc, basically because there is nothing else to do. Then imagine how the career growth can be good here. Managers are micro-managing. They will blow up one little piece of work that any college kid can do in 2 hours, call it a "feature". There is no work-from-home even for most technical leads, although it is there for managers etc. They will leave for home at 4 pm or not come to work without notice, but will question you if you come late or leave early. Worst office location - one look at the building where they are put up and you don't feel like being in the IT world with posh office locations and buildings. Worst air conditioning - they will switch off AC to save money, and ignore employees' suffering from headache due to heat.
