      Pros

      Arcual has a really strong, inclusive, people first culture. We enjoy a flexible working environment based on trust and team work. The product is genuinely fascinating as we're using cutting edge web3/blockchain tech to help artists and galleries. Working style is flexible and we enjoy team days out to galleries, art fairs, festivals and restaurants.

      Cons

      Arcual is a fast moving, dynamic start-up and whilst we receive excellent support and guidance form line managers and leaders, I appreciate this set-up isn't for everyone.

The arcual team are proud to be building, implementing and promoting technology which is going to change the art world for the better. Arcual people are kind, look for the yes not the no, and are passionate about what they do.
