Pros
Good health insurance, average compensation. DEI is still on. Annual office events like burgers or pizza or tickets to a game. There's potential to do good, or at least less-bad, making glass and metal bottles and cans vs plastic.
Cons
IT requests take months and months to do things and feels like hot potato, ping-ponging between teams. Tough to know who to talk to or what magic button to press to get the right people to care about a problem. Very dis-connected, disorganized IT organization. Tough to understand roles and responsibilities; the scope of the various teams' authorities.
