Pros
They have good relationships with the bigger construction companies. They didn't fuss about giving me the hourly wage I asked for
Cons
They keep you in the dark about how long you'll be working. They're usually two steps behind the contractor you're working for. They do the best they can not to pick up the phone when you call. They BS you about company perks, basically leading you along thinking there's something down the line for you. Couldn't even get my hands on a sweatshirt. Trying to get information out of them is like pulling teeth. It's very clear they work from home and rarely are in the office. Ladies can be standoffish. I asked repeatedly to get hired on, never got a response until I went directly to the contractor and had a few interviews. Overall unprofessional. Every dollar you make they make the same amount for providing the work yet they do very little. Have a number of different phone numbers so they're hard to get ahold of. They will downright bs the contractor about your skill level for better or for worse depending on the situation. They will put good employees in the same category as bad employees.
