Pros
Excellent opportunities to progress and develop, the company is in a fast paced industry that is constantly growing and evolving - allowing for more opportunities that I may not have received elsewhere when starting my career. Team is great and always supportive. Good benefits - recently brought out more.
Cons
Tight deadlines and high workload - however this is the nature of the industry so was expected. The team is very supportive and helps where needed. Every area is different but if you can multi-task well you will not encounter any problems.
