      Pros

      The people who have worked at Arena and are dedicated to the company are some of the best people I've met! The executive producer, Edgar, truly cares about the the people who work there and does what he can to make working there great.

      Cons

      Low pay for how much work you do (typical theatre), can feel stagnant in certain departments/positions

      Pros

      good healthcare benefits (they’re making me do a 5 word minimum. this is all i can muster)

      Cons

      -terrible hours (nights/weekends) -far below living wage when senior staff makes six figures (executive producer makes $415,000/yr) -consistently and severely understaffed due to high turnover -blatant disregard for the employees who do the behind the scenes work that is necessary to keep shows running
