      Pros

      I have been with Arenson for almost a year and it has been a great company to work for. - Family friendly. Arenson has a family first attitude and when any emergency arises management is very understanding and quick to help with workload so your time can be spent with loved ones. - Management is very accessible and easy to get a hold of. - positive environment with great people.

      - Accountability issues with some departments (Roles not clearly defined).

      Pros

      Freedom to develop your own work structure as long as some processes are followed. Upbeat environment. Great co-workers. Amazing Marketing team.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Workloads are unevenly distributed. Favoritism makes it impossible to excel. Job descriptions are not clearly written or implemented and so it creates issues among co-workers, because upper management all have different views on who should do what. No training materials available.
