Pros
Argela is Microsoft of Istanbul. It offers unstresful jobs, with a higher than average salary, and also offers the best health insurance of Turkey compared to others. Friendship is great. Istinye Park, bhosporus are very close to company. What else ? :)
Cons
The else is... Argela may be one of the best of Istanbul, however, there is no carrier path.. 80% of the director crew sucks.. There is even a retired military personel who works as director and supposed to win some contracts , but instead spending his time by just sitting on the chair, doing nothing. In the presence of these guys, who are going to say what you will do... go ahead..
