Pros
Easy to get hired, probably because anyone with a brain moves on to a different company quickly.
Cons
These guys pay lower than just about every other company out there. Was told they'd be able to get me work in the US when I wasn't overseas since I had the required license, then was given NO leads for it. When I asked about it, they told me there wasn't really any work going on on the commercial side. And good luck getting consistent deployments unless you've worked overseas with one of the ops managers. Best day at this job was the day they laid me off.
