Pros
I have worked for the company for over 3 years and have seen it grow into a medium-sized business with lots of growth potential. There is available progression within the company and they are supportive of learning new skills and gaining knowledge. The training has developed over the years with an introduction to the company and the utilities industry. You are then buddied up with an existing team member to learn your new role. there are processes and checklists in place to help you and the dedicated systems manager is on hand to offer support. With the company's growth, They are now looking at how else they can reward employees by providing 4-day weeks and incentives for the new year. The team and management are extremely professional and friendly. I enjoy coming to work and seeing my friends who are also my colleagues.
Friendly, good ethics, professional, tools to help you progress and the industry is challenging but rewarding.
Cons
Our new systems have teething problems but they are being reviewed.
