Toxic leadership starting at the top, low billing rates and poor comp compared to other established consulting firms. Recently backed by private equity with aggressive growth targets, but business development and project execution are dysfunctional leading to poor outcomes and client retention. Significant headwinds and internal friction ahead, I would avoid at all costs unless desperate for employment.
