Pros
The people are very nice and the company has decent employee activities. The cubes are spacious and the parking garage is good.
Cons
The insurance costs are too high. The upper management has been in the job too long and they don't listen to new ideas (i.e., they have learned nothing since the 1990's). Sales are non existent except for old banking software. Too many friends in management are funding their friends' pay checks and getting little in return.
