Pros
People are great and easy to get along with. High quality personnel. People work well together.
Cons
Marketing of image sometimes preoccupies delivery of work and makes it difficult to properly train people. (New leadership has since taken over, and this may have changed.) Project work can be feast or famine, working hard to tight deadlines or not having much to complete.
