      Pros

      The team here believes and lives their shared firm values. Genuine, authentic, transparent and collaborative culture. Longevity in PE with over 30 years in the lower middle market and have raised and invested in six funds and over $1B in AUM since inception. Recently expanded junior team on deal and operating side.

      Cons

      Really no downsides. We work hard but reps are good for junior folks.

      Pros

      We treat all team members with respect. Yes, we all work hard to generate above market returns, but that doesn't mean that we sacrifice our lives outside of the office.

      Cons

      We have only one office in suburban Philadelphia, and we expect everyone to be in the office when not traveling for work. Being part of the team means being part of the team.
