Pros
Good company, helpful staff, some very good senior leaders Most of the editors (specially in the US and UK) are really nice and extremely helpful Less office politics, HR team is good and responsive Open door policy, leaders are approachable
Cons
Bleak growth prospects and undefined job roles. Frequent changes/restructuring in the senior leadership team which can be confusing Some teams (marketing and BD etc.) are at times over involved. There’s a need to draw a line for better coordination Lack of motivation and support at ground level
