Pros
I think Argus is an exciting place to work! The teams are made of great people, creative thinking is definitely encouraged and development opportunities are widely available. Chief Data Officer is a forward-thinking man with many ideas and exciting projects. He cares a lot about the team's engagement and provides plenty of learning opportunities. It means working in Data can be challenging but extremely interesting as you not only get a chance to use multiple platforms and technologies but also can significantly improve your skill set. I would say there is no limit to how much you can learn and you are given a lot of autonomy to make things happen. You are surrounded by bright, like-minded people who are always there if you need help. Working in Data also means that you get to meet and work with people from other departments across Argus and contribute to global projects.
Cons
It is fast paced and priorities can quickly change. I personally wouldn’t label it as con as it gives you an opportunity to work on a variety of projects and interact with different teams, but it might not be for everyone.
