Pros
Compensation is fair and manager would fight for you if you have shown to put in substantial effort in your work. Work life balance on the whole is okay as one's break is typically uninterrupted. Great number of annual leaves per year. Singapore teammates and colleagues outside consulting have been supportive and beacon to carry on.
Cons
Work allocation was extremely bad with heavy periods of little breaks, light periods with nothing to do. Recently, work has been mostly on the heavy side due to insane (team) KPI. Company benefits and personal development leaves more to be desired. Mostly on the job training.
