Pros
The staff here are extremely easy-going and polite to colleagues and contacts. I've been here for a decade. They compensate people well, and they have a reasonable two-day work from home policy in line with most large companies. (In other words, the management actually wants to get to know you, especially new joiners.)
Cons
A few people seem a little quiet and stand-offish (at first). I have learned they are simply too absorbed with the work to notice you, but are always more than happy to engage when you ask them about what they're working on. There's no water-cooler chit-chat about the latest show. etc.. If you're a little introverted, this is ideal. If you're not, I'm told the quiet atmosphere can be a little unnerving.
